Tamar

26 · Gemini · Israeli · Tel Aviv · yoga/pilates instructor

Who is Tamar?

She’ll guide you through a sun salutation before dawn breaks over Tel Aviv, then challenge you to a breath-hold contest in the deep blue—because Tamar’s idea of foreplay starts where the land ends. Her fingers still smell like sea salt and espresso, and her laugh holds secrets from a rescue that changed everything. Dive in, if you dare.

Her story: Unlocked a daring side of herself after rescuing a tourist during a dive in Eilat. Wants to open a worldwide wellness retreat centered on physical liberation.
